Essential Requirements:
- Graduating or a Fresh College Graduate in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources and Psychology or a related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing materials and coordinating logistics for weekly onboarding sessions
- Help facilitate virtual or in-person orientation activities for new hires
- Provide support in planning, organising, and executing employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Help with gathering feedback and documentation post-event
- Collaborate with the team in developing and implementing training programs
- Assist in monitoring attendance and collecting training evaluations
- Organise and maintain HR documents and records
- Assist in updating trackers, templates, and reports as needed
Key Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organisation
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, or CapCut
Qualifications:
- Graduating or a Fresh College Graduate in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Human Resources and Psychology or a related field
