We are looking for individuals who can serve as valued end-to-end partners and advisors to clients and candidates while acting as role models and leaders within our organization.

SD isn't the type to throw CVs to hiring managers and let them get on with it. We work in a process-driven way, using the latest technology and methodologies to get the perfect fit for both candidates and companies.

About The Role

• Manage exclusive client assignments from initial scoping through to offer acceptance, onboarding, and beyond, supported by our 12-month free replacement guarantee.

• Strive to be a top performer within Solutions Driven's delivery metrics, including offer acceptance rates, first-time accuracy, time-to-fill, and customer satisfaction. This role does not involve sales calls or presentations; those responsibilities are handled by our talented Business Growth Team.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applicants from both agency and in-house backgrounds who can bring innovative ideas and approaches to our team. While we prefer candidates based in Manila, we are open to exceptional talent from across the Philippines.

• Are credible, authentic, energetic, and trustworthy.
• Understand the importance of exclusive relationships in recruitment.

• Are fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Has had experience of recruiting for UK – and recruiting “field sales” persons would be ideal
• Being a high performer, comfortable with filling 4-5 business critical mid-size hires per month.
