HR Executive

Role Description This part-time HR Executive role at Crypto Risk Metrics GmbH is a hybrid position based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home. The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The role involves handling employee queries, supporting performance review processes, and helping to resolve workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner. The HR Executive will assist in the development, communication, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. This position also contributes to HR reporting, process improvements, and collaboration with management to foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR processes.
• Experience in HR Operations, including employee lifecycle management, documentation, and HR systems or databases.
• Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to address employee concerns and support conflict resolution professionally.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and local labor laws, with experience helping to implement and maintain compliant procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills suitable for managing multiple tasks in a part-time, hybrid environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or HRIS platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
• Previous HR experience in financial services, technology, or crypto-related industries is beneficial.
