HR Executive (Part-Time)

We’re hiring: HR Executive (Part-Time) at Motion Graphix

📍 Johar Town, Lahore | On-site with hybrid flexibility | Part-time, about 20 hours a week.

Motion Graphix creates SaaS explainer and product demo videos for clients worldwide. We’ve grown into a team of 15 to 20 animators, designers, editors and project managers, and we’re still growing. We’ve reached the point where our people deserve proper HR support, so we’re building our HR function for the first time, and we want you to lead it.

This is not a “maintain the existing system” role. You’ll set up how we hire, onboard, support and grow our people, and you’ll have direct access to the founder to make it happen.

What you’ll do.

• Build our HR foundations: employment contracts, an employee handbook, and clear policies on leave, attendance, working hours, probation and notice periods.
• Manage our current team’s HR needs, including attendance and leave tracking, employee records, and payroll coordination with our accounts.
• Own end-to-end hiring for upcoming roles: write job posts, screen CVs, coordinate creative test tasks, schedule interviews and handle offer letters.
• Create a structured onboarding process so new hires are productive from week one.
• Set up simple performance reviews and help define growth paths for creative and production roles.
• Be a trusted point of contact for the team, address concerns early and support a positive work culture.
• Make sure we stay compliant with statutory requirements such as EOBI and social security registration.

What we’re looking for.

• 1 to 3 years of HR experience, ideally as a generalist or in an HR executive role.
• A degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field (BBA/MBA HR preferred).
• Working knowledge of Pakistani labour law and statutory compliance.
• Comfort building processes from scratch, not just following existing ones.
• Strong communication in English and Urdu, plus the judgment to handle sensitive matters discreetly.
• Organised and self-driven, someone who can manage their own priorities in a part-time schedule.

Nice to have.

• Experience in a creative agency, software house or startup.
• Familiarity with HR tools or Google Workspace for records and tracking.
• Experience recruiting for creative roles such as animators, designers or video editors.

Schedule & work model.

About 20 hours a week with flexible working hours. The role is based at our Lahore office, and a hybrid arrangement is possible once you’re settled in. For example, you could work some days in the office and some days remotely. We’re happy to agree on a schedule that works for both of us.
