Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing. You will make the recommendation for the decision. Ensure that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct. Handle DOLE cases, be in charge of data management, and data accuracy. Act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people related issues / concerns. Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows. Handle employee grievances Do you have what it takes to become an HR Generalist? Requirements : At least 2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level). Has a strong background in employee/labor relations. Strong analytical skills. Can work independently. Willing to work on site and on a night shift/rotating schedule.
