Working alongside a dedicated Senior HR Business Partner, you will help ensure leaders receive timely, practical support while contributing to broader people and talent initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing leader consultation, employee relations, problem-solving, and operational execution. You'll play a critical role in strengthening leadership capability, supporting people leaders, and ensuring a consistent employee experience across the organization.
If you enjoy meaningful work, strong partnerships, and helping leaders navigate people challenges with confidence, we'd love to hear from you.
How We Work
Each HR Generalist is paired with a dedicated Senior HR Business Partner and supports an assigned group of leaders and teams.
Together, the partnership provides both strategic and day-to-day HR support. While the Senior HRBP focuses on executive partnership, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy, the HR Generalist serves as a trusted resource for leaders and employees on routine and moderately complex people matters.
This model creates strong support for leaders while providing continuity, consistency, and depth across the HR function.

- Build strong working relationships with assigned leaders and teams to understand business needs and provide practical HR solutions.
- Partner closely with assigned Senior HR Business Partners to support business objectives and people strategies.
- Support implementation of organizational and talent initiatives within assigned client groups.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Manage routine and moderately complex employee relations matters from intake through resolution.
- Conduct fact-finding, gather documentation, and support workplace investigations as appropriate.
- Advise leaders on employee performance concerns, corrective action, attendance issues, workplace conflicts, and other employee matters.
- Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation, including coaching records, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and employee communications.
- Identify trends and recurring issues and partner with Senior HRBPs to recommend solutions and leader education opportunities.
- Ensure employee matters are handled consistently, appropriately, and in compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Leadership Support & Capability Building
- Coach leaders on routine employee situations and people management practices.
- Support leaders in navigating performance management, employee development, feedback conversations, and team effectiveness discussions.
- Reinforce leadership expectations and promote consistent application of talent practices.
- Help leaders access HR resources, tools, and support available across the organization.
Talent Processes & Organizational Support
- Support talent review, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and development planning processes.
- Coordinate communications, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions related to talent initiatives.
- Assist with workforce changes, reorganizations, and people-related implementation activities.
- Support onboarding activities and help ensure a positive and consistent new employee experience.
- Partner with Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compensation, and other HR functions to ensure coordinated service delivery.
HR Operations & Process Excellence
- Maintain accurate documentation, case records, and follow-up actions.
- Track employee relations activity and maintain appropriate records and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and HR procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the leader and employee experience.
- Participate in HR projects and special initiatives supporting organizational priorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience with strong employee relations and performance management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders on a wide range of employee and workplace issues.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations principles.
- Excellent judgment and ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Exceptional relationship-building and partnership skills.
- Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Why This Role Matters
Leaders do their best work when they have timely, practical support navigating people challenges. As an HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in helping leaders build strong teams, address employee concerns, develop talent, and create a positive employee experience.
This role is also critical to strengthening our HR partnership model. By providing responsive day-to-day support and follow-through, you'll enable Senior HR Business Partners to focus on strategic workforce and talent priorities while ensuring leaders and employees receive high-quality support when they need it most.
