Show job description

TRUEPLAY is a B2B provider. Our product, LIVE SLOT SHOW, is a live game with AI characters hosting the show, and it’s growing fast: we keep developing it as we enter new markets. We’re looking for people who work at a fast pace, keep quality high and help shape the product’s future.

We are committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment where every team member can thrive. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Warsaw.

It is important for us that you have:

  • 4+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, People Operations Specialist, or full-cycle HR Manager.

  • Hands-on proficiency with modern HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., PeopleForce, BambooHR, Hurma, Notion, Workday).

  • Ability to collect, interpret, and present HR metrics (turnover, eNPS, absenteeism) to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Proven track record in conducting structured 1-on-1 meetings, delivering constructive feedback, and facilitating group discussions.

  • Solid understanding of local labor regulations, statutory documentation, and contractor/B2B/gig-economy engagement models.

  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) English proficiency for clear written and verbal business communication.

You will:

  • Own and facilitate the end-to-end employee journey, including pre-boarding, onboarding, probation reviews, regular check-ins, internal mobility, and structured offboarding (exit interviews).

  • Facilitate periodic Performance Reviews and 360-degree feedback cycles; partner with team leads to design and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs/PDPs).

  • Measure and analyze employee engagement (eNPS, pulse surveys); proactively identify burnout risks, conduct root-cause analyses of turnover, and mediate interpersonal conflicts.

  • Develop, document, and update standard operating procedures and internal policies (remote work, time-off, sick leave); collaborate with leadership on compensation, benefits (C&B), and grading structures.

  • Collaborate with hiring leads to define role profiles, conduct preliminary screenings for key positions, and coordinate external recruitment agencies when necessary.

  • Manage internal HR communication channels, align the team with company milestones, foster a culture of recognition, and coordinate team-building initiatives (virtual and offline).

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records across HRIS platforms; track and report core People metrics (turnover rate, retention, eNPS, reasons for exit) with actionable insights for executive leadership.

We offer:

  • On-site or hybrid format in Warsaw, Poland

  • Flexible working hours

  • Compensation that includes coverage for 20 days to recharge and unwind

  • Additional support covering 14 days for health-related matters when needed

  • Support in professional growth during the initial months, with guidance from experienced team members

  • Engaging corporate events and activities

  • Competitive financial compensation
