HR Generalist (a)

What you're going to do

At Adnovum, people are the biggest reason for our success. An effective, high-quality, and supportive HR organization is therefore very important to us.

As part of our People Team, you will contribute to the smooth execution of HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle while supporting employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across the organization. You will also play a key role in maintaining our HR systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting global People initiatives. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

HR Operations

• Driving operational tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle and adapting processes to ensure efficiency
• Managing administrative tasks from attraction to offboarding, including employment contracts, probation results, contract modifications, and terminations
• Maintaining employee data in HRIS (SAP)
• Keeping internal documentation, regulations, and checklists up to date
• Acting as the first point of contact for employees across all hierarchy levels
• Supporting junior colleagues in handling complex HR-related requests
• Coordinating with authorities regarding labor-related matters
• Acting as contact person for insurance companies and coordinating registrations and settlements
• Supporting and providing backup for payroll, social insurance, health insurance, and personal income tax processes
• Ensuring HR-related activities comply with applicable labor regulations

HR Systems & Reporting

• Acting as superuser and global system owner for assigned HRIS (SAP) systems
• Serving as system expert and ensuring data integrity
• Maintaining compliance within HR platforms and supporting system-related inquiries
• Preparing and maintaining global people reports
• Collaborating with vendors on system improvements

Projects & Collaboration

• Participating in global People Team projects and leading sub-projects across Units
• Supporting Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Expertise in operational activities

What we're looking for

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations
• Experience working in a European company preferred
• Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS (SAP)
• Knowledge of Power BI, Jira/JSM, and SuccessFactors considered an advantage
• HR data analytics experience or know-how as a plus
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of HR systems
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance legislation relevant to the scope of responsibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Project management skills, innovative mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively and professionally with local and remote teams
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for professional and personal development

Nice to have

• Experience supporting HR digitalization or HR systems projects
• Experience working in an international environment
• Experience with process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of people analytics and reporting
