As an HR Intern (Remote), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our people operations while gaining hands-on experience in modern HR tech stacks, candidate experience design, and scalable talent processes.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment cycles: posting roles, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining ATS records.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires including digital documentation, asset provisioning, and welcome kit coordination.
• Assist in designing and deploying candidate experience surveys, feedback loops, and engagement initiatives.
• Track and report key HR metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance) using Excel or HR dashboards.
• Help maintain employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with internal policies and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote internal mobility, culture initiatives, and remote work best practices.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• MS Office Suite
• Google Workspace
• ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Freshteam, Zoho Recruit)
• HRIS tools (e.g., BambooHR, Keka)
• LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation)
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Strong written communication skills

• Familiarity with LMS or onboarding platforms (e.g., Enboarder, Sapling)
• Experience with employee engagement surveys (e.g., Officevibe, CultureAmp)
• Exposure to compliance frameworks like GDPR or Indian Labour Codes
