We are looking to hire enthusiastic, aspirational interns on the team who would like to help in recruiting engineers, and consultants for 90 days. What you will do? Take ownership of recruiting for 2 positions Understand how to filter and scan resumes Use the system to log profiles and collect interview feedbacks Set up calendar invites for – 3 Rounds of interviews with the hiring panel. Assist in document verification, background check process with the team Create and release offer letters to newly appointed members. Ensure joining formalities and induction is done as per training What you will need? Pursuing / passed graduation or MBA program in HR Management Ability to communicate transparently on uncomfortable and difficult topics Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. Problem solving and solution oriented approach Ability to work under stressful situations. Managerial Interview: The hiring manager will engage with you in multiple discussions, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, to assess your technical skills, hands-on experience, leadership potential, and communication abilities. HR Discussion: During this 30-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the offer and next steps with a member of the HR team.
