As an HR Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in scaling our talent operations—from candidate sourcing to onboarding—while gaining exposure to modern HR tech and employer branding in a high-velocity startup environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment support: job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication via email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires—document collection, system access setup, and welcome kit distribution
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate statuses, feedback, and interview notes
• Support HR initiatives like employee engagement surveys, intern check-ins, and internship program documentation
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and improve candidate sourcing channels
• Contribute to employer branding by helping draft social media posts, student testimonials, and campus engagement content

• Google Workspace
• Microsoft Excel
• LinkedIn Recruiter (basic)
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) navigation
• HRIS tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar)

• Basic understanding of recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate)
