Do you want to use your professional HR expertise in a way that aligns with your lifestyle and availability? If you're ready to transition to working part-time, and are passionate about delivering high-quality HR services, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll support a variety of client organizations, providing expert HR guidance and services. - Help implement or manage payroll, HRIS systems, and leave administration processes
- Conduct workplace investigations and advise on employment law compliance
- Build strong client relationships through responsive, professional service
Key Details:
- This is a part-time, flexible role. Assignments are project-based and not guaranteed to be ongoing or follow a regular schedule.
- This is a remote-first role, though you must be available to travel to local client sites as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of exempt-level HR Generalist and/or HR Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, client-focused, and adaptable
- Experience with payroll and HRIS implementations (preferred)
- Background in benefits and leave administration (preferred)
- Strategic HR and people management experience (strongly preferred)
- HR certification(s) preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
If you’re seeking a flexible, professional opportunity to make a real impact across different organizations, and you meet the criteria above, we’d love to connect with you!
