HR Operations Specialis

Role Description This is a part-time remote role, offering flexibility while supporting CINM’s mission in the naval and maritime sector. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to projects that enhance the competitiveness of Morocco’s naval industry, and supporting initiatives that attract investment and create value. Day-to-day activities may include coordinating information, preparing reports or briefs, assisting with strategic or operational planning, and participating in virtual meetings with partners and members of the cluster. The role also requires maintaining clear documentation, monitoring relevant industry developments, and supporting communication efforts to promote CINM’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills to understand industry trends and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in professional English; French and/or Arabic proficiency is an asset.
• Experience or academic background in maritime, industrial, economic development, or related fields is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines for part-time engagements.
• Proficiency with common digital tools (office productivity software, online collaboration platforms, and virtual meeting tools).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and maintain a professional, inclusive working style.
• Interest in industrial strategy, foreign investment, or cluster-based economic development is a plus.
• Relevant post-secondary education (such as economics, engineering, management, public policy, or similar disciplines) is preferred.
