Mission
You are the owner of the operational, legal and administrative soundness of the People / HR function: from contract to payroll, from entry to exit, through to the smooth day-to-day running of the working environment (offices, access, purchasing), and you look after our population of employees and freelancers. You hold 5th floor’s “hard HR” expertise and own its execution end to end, autonomously and hands-on, in collaboration with the whole People team (Talent, Communication), Finance and other internal stakeholders.

- You work in an agile way: short iterations, minimum viable processes, continuous improvement.
- You interact with external providers (social secretariat, insurers, leasing companies, etc.).
