Sales & E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Are you a data-driven commercial operations professional with a passion for analytics, reporting, and you have relevant e-commerce experience ? We're looking for an Sales & eCommerce Operations Specialist to provide the analytical and operational backbone that supports the growth of our international automotive distribution networks, and our emerging e-commerce ambitions. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights, build reporting frameworks and dashboards, support strategic decision-making, and help drive the development of our global e-commerce ambitions. Key responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools. Prepare executive-level presentations, business reviews, and meeting materials. Manage and enrich CRM data, distributor mapping, market intelligence, and competitive insights. Conduct market research, e-commerce audits, and platform benchmarking. Track commercial and e-commerce KPIs and provide actionable recommendations. Coordinate with different internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, IT, logistics,..) and external partners to support channel development initiatives. Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and AI-enabled tools. What we're looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commercial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field Relevant experience in commercial operations, business analytics, sales support, channel management and/or e-commerce operations. Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate / Power Apps, and VBA. Experience with CRM systems, SQL (SQL Server / Azure SQL), and database querying. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, or digital distribution models. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
