HR Policy Specialist

Role Description The HR Policy Specialist role is a part-time, hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with flexibility for some work from home. The specialist will draft, review, and update HR policies to ensure consistency, compliance with local labor regulations, and alignment with company objectives. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with HR and management to identify policy needs, interpreting labor laws, and translating them into clear guidelines and procedures. The role will involve monitoring the implementation of HR policies, analyzing their impact on workplace practices, and recommending improvements. The specialist will also provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, support policy-related training, and help maintain accurate documentation and records.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to design and implement HR frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, and administering HR Policies, ensuring compliance and clarity.
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration, including evaluation, communication, and policy integration.
• Skills in Personnel Management, including handling employee queries, maintaining records, and supporting fair practices.
• Understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations, especially as they relate to policy development
