Job Description:

Plan, spearhead, and execute periodic activities for employees that can foster camaraderie, teamwork, and other areas of interest.
Work with other departments in identifying areas for improvement to increase productivity and efficiency.
Build relationships with team leadership and staff.
Track and maintain departmental timelines and events.
Support other HR functions if needed (employee documentation, liaise with other external providers, etc.)
Follow team and/or client’s proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related courses.
Must have at least 1 year experience in Human Resources handling Employee Engagement.
Must have excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
Requires strong accuracy, attentiveness to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively with a team.
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
Must be highly organized, sensitive to timeframes and deadlines.
Able to Work From Home, must have reliable internet connection.
