About the role:
Passionate about shaping our global employee experience with technology? As a HR Systems Specialist, you will have the opportunity to shape our global HR systems and processes across the employee lifecycle. You will apply your experience with SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems to help improve the employee experience and make HR more effective. We are looking for a curious all-rounder who is happy to roll up their sleeves, trouble-shoot issues and shape the design of new features – all in one day!
You will join the Global HR Digital & Analytics team which is part of the People & Culture function. - Manage basic system configuration, test change requests and deploy updates. Support new module implementations and user testing.
- Help manage the relationship with our global payroll vendor. Increase the knowledge of local HR teams on how to trouble-shoot integration issues and support with escalations.
- Provide second-level support for SuccessFactors, acting as the link between Centres of Excellence, local HR teams, IT and business functions.
- Working with our external partner, identify and resolve system issues, improve the user experience and strengthen HR system integrations.
- Support end-user adoption and knowledge transfer by documenting and maintaining clear, efficient and compliant HR system workflows.
- Provide practical training to HR teams, people leaders and employees on SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:
- Three to five years’ functional experience with HR technology, ideally SuccessFactors. Consulting experience is preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing HR systems. Experience with SuccessFactors and global payroll solutions is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong interest in how technology advancements including Artificial Intelligence shape the way we work.
- A strong analytical mindset and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Fluent English.
What we’ll give you in return:
