We are looking for an intern to join the HR Transformation, Employee Experience & Reward team, which supports the evolution of the University’s HR practices by combining process innovation, digitalization, people analytics and employee-centered initiatives. The team works across different HR areas to make processes and tools simpler and more effective, enhance employee experience, and develop reward and engagement practices aligned with organizational needs and evolving regulatory requirements. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across HR transformation, digitalization, employee experience and reward, developing analytical, communication and project management skills while collaborating with HR professionals and organizational stakeholders in an international environment. What you will work on Contributing to HR transformation projects focused on digitalizing and simplifying processes while enhancing employee experience Promoting the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and ways of working Assisting with change management activities and internal communication initiatives Improving HR reporting to enhance data quality, clarity, and accessibility Supporting the Compensation team in day-to-day activities and initiatives related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive Helping design and deliver employee engagement initiatives focused on fostering a sense of belonging and connection, as well as promoting work-life balance and well-being Collaborating on the development and maintenance of HR documents, presentations, guidelines, and operational materials Who we are looking for Master’s degree, or upcoming completion of a Master’s degree, with a strong academic record or related fields will be considered a plus Fluency in both Italian and English Previous internships, projects or academic experience in HR, organizational development, consulting, data analysis or related areas will be considered a plus Academic or professional experience abroad, preferably for at least six months Strong interest in HR transformation, employee experience, organizational processes and digital innovation Analytical mindset and confidence in working with data and reports Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and effectively Proactive, curious and collaborative approach Ability to organize activities, manage priorities and work accurately Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint We offer A six-month paid internship (€1,000 gross monthly allowance plus meal vouchers) Hands-on experience in a leading international academic institution On-the-job training and professional development opportunities, including training activities, Coursera courses, English-language training and career orientation initiatives A collaborative, international and purpose-driven working environment Access to campus facilities and networking events Smart working opportunities
