The role is based in Japan and supports a growing retail business with multiple stores in Tokyo. Reporting to the Japan Head of HR, you would partner with key stakeholders to address business and people challenges, with a particularly strong focus on Compensation & Benefits.

The company is looking for someone with solid C&B or rewards experience within the retail industry who is interested in broadening their scope into a more strategic HRBP role.
