This role involves troubleshooting system issues, generating reports, and collaborating with HR teams to enhance HR processes through technology. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. System Optimization: Analyze HRIS functionality, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance system performance and user experience. Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR leadership, utilizing data to provide insights on workforce trends, metrics, and compliance. User Support and Training: Provide support to HR staff and other users regarding HRIS functionalities, including troubleshooting issues and conducting training sessions as needed. Integration Management: Collaborate with IT and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and platforms. Compliance: Stay updated on relevant HR regulations and compliance issues, ensuring that HRIS practices align with legal standards. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in HRIS management, data analysis, or a related HR role. Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and strong Excel skills. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
