As our next Integration Lead on the Dayforce practice, you won't just configure you'll shape integration strategy, run client workshops, and turn technical complexity into clarity for non-technical stakeholders. It's a hands-on lead role: you set the direction, and you still build. We're looking for someone who advises, partners, and transforms not just someone who configures. Less bureaucracy, more impact.


Your day-to-day impact

  • Partner with clients to design and deliver critical employee data integrations, ensuring seamless transmission of payroll, benefits, HR, and vendor data that supports successful Dayforce go-lives.
  • Lead end-to-end integration delivery across multiple concurrent implementation projects, coordinating clients, vendors, project teams, and offshore resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and file mapping documents, enabling accurate data exchange between Dayforce and third-party systems.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate integration risks resolving issues before they affect timelines, data accuracy, or client readiness for go-live, while owning proactive, structured status communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and validate integration outputs, translating technical concepts into clear updates for technical and non-technical audiences, and staying hands-on: this is a lead role that still builds.
  • Contribute across multi-sector mandates (government, healthcare, finance, and beyond), building a track record across industries.

The profile we are looking for 70% expert · 30% advisor


Technical Expertise (70%)

  • Consulting or systems-integrator background, ideally within Dayforce or broader HR technology implementation projects.
  • Dayforce certification(s), particularly in Integrations or Data (an asset).
  • Experience with API/web service integrations, SFTP, common data formats (XML, JSON, CSV), and integration testing/troubleshooting required; familiarity with encryption (e.g., PGP), middleware platforms, and Dayforce integration tools (e.g., Data Hub, flat files) is an asset.
  • Pre-sales, RFP, or estimation experience (an asset).
  • French/English bilingualism is preferred. This role supports client mandates across Canada, including English-language markets outside Quebec.

Leadership/Advisor (30%)

  • Ability to lead client-facing workshops and translate technical integration concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity, in scale-up-style, non-structured client consulting environments.
  • Proactive, structured project status communication: clear, concise, client ready.

Our must-haves

  • Three (3) or more years of Dayforce studio integration experience (payroll, benefits, HR, and vendor data), covering flat file interfaces and data integrations from routine to complex/custom.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to client stakeholders (technical/non-technical) with proven track record of managing complex HR transformation projects from inception to completion.
  • Own integration architecture and design decisions, challenge requirements when appropriate, and recommend scalable approaches, bringing a hands-on lead mindset that sets direction without being limited to people management.
  • Consulting or systems-integrator background, comfortable in ambiguous, non-structured client environments.
