  • Prioritise products and indications based on access opportunities, payer needs and upcoming decisions.
  • Provide HTA input into local access plans, pricing strategies and business cases.

Evidence Generation and Dossiers

  • Lead the adaptation and/or development of local HTA and value dossiers using global data and local evidence.
  • Identify evidence gaps in collaboration with Medical/HEOR and support local studies, real-world evidence and outcomes projects.
  • Ensure scientifically robust, transparent materials tailored to Egyptian payers and committees.

Submissions and Payer Engagement

  • Coordinate HTA submissions and presentations in partnership with Access and CGA.
  • Translate clinical and economic data into clear value propositions, budget-impact narratives and outcomes messages.
  • Support clarifications, follow-up and negotiations related to assessments and recommendations.

Analytics, Modelling and Insights

  • Interpret global economic models and adapt assumptions to reflect local practice; support cost-effectiveness and budget-impact scenarios.
  • Analyse HTA outcomes, reimbursement decisions and payer feedback to generate insights for brands and access strategies.
  • Track international HTA trends and methodologies and share key learnings with local and regional stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align HTA activities with Market Access, Pricing, CGA, Medical, Business Unit Heads and Finance.
  • Provide HTA and value communication training to Access, Commercial and Medical teams.
  • Contribute to governance forums, launch readiness activities and major access decisions.

Compliance and Standards

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, scientific standards, local regulations and ethics/compliance requirements in all HTA activities.
  • Maintain documentation, version control and audit readiness for dossiers, models and supporting analyses.
  • Champion patient-centricity and compliance in all evidence generation and access work.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in pharmacy, medicine, health economics, public health, epidemiology or a related field; postgraduate training in HTA/HEOR is strongly preferred.
  • Approximately 5–7 years of experience in HTA, health economics, market access or outcomes research.
  • Strong understanding of the Egyptian healthcare system, payer landscape and pricing/reimbursement decision processes.
  • Proven experience in economic modelling, value dossier development and HTA submissions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, multinational environments.

Key Capabilities and Skills

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret clinical and economic data into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Knowledge of HTA/HEOR methodologies, including cost-effectiveness, budget impact, QALYs and outcomes measures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across functions and levels.
  • High ethical standards, scientific rigour and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a matrix environment.

If you are an analytically minded, patient-focused professional with a passion for shaping access through robust evidence and HTA, we encourage you to apply.
