Hubspot Consultant

Everpeak is a certified Salesforce and Hubspot consulting partner. We are looking for a Hubspot Consultant to join our growing team. The time requirement will start at 5-10 hours per week and increase based on performance and available clients. All communication will be through an Everpeak email address and Slack. Primary Responsibilities: Work directly with clients from initial discovery to solutions implementation to post-go-live support. Listen, understand, and define requirements. Translate needs (sometimes unspoken) into technical requirements Be proactive with clients, finding new solutions that fall into the client’s ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ sphere Be able to tackle code-related tasks independently Validate configuration through internal testing and facilitation of user acceptance testing Analyze data, implement data hygiene practices, cleanse data, and import large sets of data Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients based on mutual trust and open communication What you bring to the team: 5+ years’ of full-time experience working on Hubspot You do not have a full-time job (W-2) that requires 40 hours per week Ability to be a business-led thinker and help provide actionable solutions to client problems A problem solver and thought leader who can recommend opportunities and not just wait to be told what to work on Helpful certifications include HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise Comfortable working in an Agile environment with weekly sprints directly with the client Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proven ability to work collaboratively with peers and internal teams to achieve shared outcomes for the business Everpeak Partners is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to gender, age, race, religion, or any other classification that is protected by applicable law.
