At NestifyTech Solutions, We are hiring a visionary Human Capital Strategist to design and implement forward-thinking talent strategies that align with long-term business goals. This role will analyze workforce trends, assess organizational capabilities, and shape leadership and culture programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop human capital strategies to support business transformation and growth.

• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

• Conduct organizational assessments and advise on structure, roles, and capabilities.

• Partner with senior leadership on change management and employee engagement.

• Use data-driven insights to drive DEI, learning, and leadership strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in HR strategy, consulting, or organizational development.

• Strong understanding of talent frameworks, workforce analytics, and culture design.

• Experience influencing C-suite or executive stakeholders.

• Background in management consulting or enterprise HR is preferred.
