Description Machem Capital LLC is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR department in a part-time remote capacity. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and screening resumes Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding and orientation sessions Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems Support employee engagement initiatives and events Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures Help organize training and development programs for employees Participate in HR projects and other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic understanding of HR principles and practices Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Experience with HR software is a plus
