Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support and enhance the employee experience across the organization. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and building a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting U.S.-based organizations, is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate communication.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding activities.
• Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.

HRIS Compliance:

• Administer and maintain ATS and HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
• Assist with audits, compliance initiatives, and employment-related documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and HR best practices.
• Create and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring analytics.
• Generate compliance and workforce reports as needed.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Support payroll administration by assisting with data collection, audits, and payroll-related inquiries.
• Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, changes, and employee questions.
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive employee experience.

Qualifications:

• +5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a MUST
• Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Experience with HR analytics and reporting.
