Role Description Power Capital Renewable Energy is looking for a People / HR Generalist to join our growing team.Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will support the delivery of an engaging, inclusive and consistent Team Member experience across the employment lifecycle.

This is a broad People role covering recruitment and onboarding, People operations, learning and development, HR systems, benefits and wellbeing, policy support and Team Member engagement. You will work collaboratively with Line Managers, Finance and external providers to help deliver and continuously improve our People programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, candidate communications and onboarding
• Manage onboarding, offboarding and employment documentation
• Support Team Members and Line Managers with day-to-day People queries
• Maintain HRIS records, workflows and People data
• Support goal setting, performance reviews and salary review processes
• Coordinate learning and development and mandatory training
• Support benefits and wellbeing programmes
• Track People metrics and support workforce planning
• Maintain and develop People policies, procedures and People Hub content
• Support diversity, inclusion, culture and Team Member engagement initiatives

Identify opportunities to improve People processes and the overall Team Member experience

About you

• At least three years' experience in a broad People, HR or employee experience role
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law, employment equality, data protection and HR best practice
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Experience with HRIS or People systems
• Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A relevant HR, People Management, Business or related qualification is desirable
• CIPD qualification, completed or in progress, would be advantageous
• Experience within engineering, construction, infrastructure or renewable energy would be advantageous
