At wTVision, we bring technology and creativity together to power the world's most exciting live broadcasts.
From major international sports competitions to breaking news and live entertainment, our technology powers thousands of broadcasts every year, reaching audiences around the world.
We combine software development, design and live operations to create innovative broadcasting solutions. With more than 350 professionals across our international offices, we are one of the leading providers of real-time graphics and playout solutions worldwide.
Behind every great broadcast, there is a team making it happen. And that's where you come in.
In a single week, you might help onboard a new colleague who’ll be working at a football stadium, review the software team’s training plan with their manager and pull together the data that helps us decide where we need more people.
As an HR Generalist, you’ll work with colleagues across several offices and gain a broad view of the employee lifecycle. You’ll have scope to improve both the employee experience and the processes that support it.
- Support onboarding, offboarding and internal role changes.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and the training plan. Work with managers to turn feedback into development plans and support leadership initiatives.
- Improve the employee experience through internal communications, recognition and wellbeing initiatives, including events that bring people from different teams together.
- Track HR metrics and prepare information to support workforce planning, staffing budgets and decisions on pay policy and benefits.
- Coordinate HR operations across offices. Help update policies and job descriptions and work with local teams on employment matters.
- Experience in a generalist HR role, with exposure to several stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Ability to manage multiple HR processes independently and work directly with employees and managers.
- Ability to organise and interpret HR data and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Experience working with teams across different offices or countries.
- Experience helping design or update onboarding, training, performance management or internal communications processes.
- Strong initiative and the ability to get things done efficiently.
- 25 days of annual leave.
- Hybrid working model.
- Flexible working hours, according to operational requirements.
- Laptop and mobile phone.
- Health insurance and life insurance.
- Wellness programme focused on physical and mental well-being.
- Access to technical learning platforms and continuous development opportunities.
- English and Spanish language training.
- Opportunity to travel internationally and work on productions across five continents.
If you're passionate about Human Resources and enjoy working across different areas of people management, we'd love to hear from you.
