We're looking for empathetic, organized, and people-driven students to join our Human Resources Internship and gain hands-on experience managing the full employee journey — from attracting talent to onboarding, engaging, and developing teams.


About the Internship


As a Human Resources Intern, you'll work on realistic business challenges involving talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training, and HR operations.


You'll learn how HR professionals build strong workplace cultures, design fair hiring processes, support employee growth, and use data to make better people decisions.


Responsibilities


* Draft job descriptions and recruitment advertisements for open roles.

* Screen resumes and identify candidates matching role requirements.

* Conduct mock candidate interviews and write interview evaluations.

* Design structured interview questions and scoring rubrics.

* Research talent sourcing channels and outreach strategies.

* Build onboarding checklists and first-week orientation plans.

* Design employee welcome kits and onboarding communication sequences.

* Analyze employee engagement survey results and summarize key themes.

* Draft internal communications such as policy updates and announcements.

* Research employee benefits, compensation benchmarks, and market trends.

* Create employee handbook sections and HR policy summaries.

* Build performance review templates and goal-setting frameworks.

* Design training and development plans for common roles.

* Map employee career paths and learning milestones.

* Research HR software tools and compare their features.

* Build HR dashboards tracking hiring funnels, turnover, and engagement.

* Draft conflict-resolution guidelines and workplace conduct policies.

* Design employer branding content for careers pages and social media.

* Plan employee recognition programs and team-building activities.

* Research labor law basics and compliance requirements for HR.

* Use AI tools for resume screening, HR research, drafting, and analysis.

* Present HR strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.


Requirements


* Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field.

* Strong interest in people operations, talent management, and workplace culture.

* Empathetic, organized, and detail-oriented.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

* Interest in data-driven HR and employee experience design.

* Basic understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.

* Familiarity with HR software, spreadsheets, or survey tools is a plus but not required.

* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.

* Previous professional HR experience is not required.
