Role Description This is a full-time, on-site and remote Human Resources Specialist role based in Codlea. The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating training and development activities. The role will involve administering employee benefits, supporting performance management processes, and helping to resolve workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner. The Human Resources Specialist will also contribute to the implementation and communication of HR policies, ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations, and collaborate with managers to promote a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including employee relations and generalist support.
• Skills in HR Management and Personnel Management to oversee day-to-day HR activities and support leaders.
• Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, with the ability to interpret and apply them consistently.
• Experience administering Employee Benefits and supporting related employee inquiries.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals at all levels.
• Ability to work on-site in Codlea.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
