Role Description This is a full-time, remote Human Resources role that will be unpaid for the first six months. The HR team member will support core people operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding and offboarding processes. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and helping manage employee benefits and personnel documentation. The role involves responding to employee queries, contributing to employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with managers to ensure a positive and compliant work environment. The position provides hands-on experience in HR management in a fast-growing technology company focused on brand protection. Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and assisting with workforce coordination.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and respect for confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
Basic knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices; experience or coursework in HR, Business Administration, or related fields is beneficial.
Proficiency with productivity tools and HR-related software (e.g., spreadsheets, document management, HRIS) is an advantage.
