HYBRID FinTECH Role: FP&A / COMMERCIAL FINANCE ANALYST - R 780k pa - CBD, Cpt
Love working with numbers but more interested in what they reveal than simply reporting them?
An exciting opportunity awaits a commercially sharp finance professional to join an established, data-driven business in the financial services sector.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building financial models, challenging assumptions and turning complex data into insights that influence real business decisions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
Build financial models to explore business scenarios and growth opportunities.
Analyse revenue, profitability and key commercial performance drivers.
Turn complex financial data into meaningful reports and dashboards.
Work closely with senior leadership and commercial teams to influence decisions.
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING
BCom Finance, Accounting or Management Accounting degree.
2+ years' hands-on experience in FP&A, commercial finance, budgeting or forecasting.
Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling ability.
A curious, analytical mind with a genuine interest in business performance.
Confidence communicating financial insights beyond the finance team.
An added advantage: CIMA studies or qualification, financial services/fintech/lending exposure, VBA or BI reporting tools.
