Hybrid Recruiter - Dayshift

Job Description This is a remote position. About the Role This is a hybrid recruitment role requiring onsite work at our client's office in Cubao, Quezon City once per week to conduct face-to-face screening interviews. During periods of high hiring demand, onsite work may increase to two days per week (typically Thursday and Friday). The remainder of the week will be dedicated to remote candidate sourcing, virtual screening, and talent pipeline management. Transportation expenses for onsite work are covered. BruntWork is looking for a Hybrid Recruiter with experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and full-cycle recruitment to support hiring for international clients across multiple industries. You'll manage multiple active requisitions, engage candidates throughout the recruitment process, and help deliver quality hires while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience. Core Responsibilities Source, screen, and facilitate the hiring of candidates who match client requirements, including skills, experience, compensation expectations, and culture fit. Conduct virtual and onsite screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications. Secure candidate commitment throughout the recruitment process, including job offers. Manage multiple active job requisitions while maintaining hiring quality and turnaround times. Meet monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs. Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, data privacy, and confidentiality standards. Must-Have Requirements Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Headhunting is preferred. Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, or other recruitment platforms . Ability to manage multiple active requisitions while meeting hiring targets and turnaround times. Willing to report onsite once per week at our client's office in Cubao, Quezon City .
