Job Description

HHS is seeking a results-driven, adaptable Hybrid Recruiter to support recruitment across multiple HHS units and facilities. This role will be responsible for recruiting for a variety of salaried and hourly positions, partnering with hiring managers and facility leadership to identify staffing needs and build strong talent pipelines. The Hybrid Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing through selection and onboarding, while providing hands-on recruiting support across multiple Locations. This position will require travel between facilities to support hiring events, conduct interviews, build relationships with leadership, and address recruiting needs in local markets. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment, managing multiple priorities, and adapting recruiting strategies to meet the needs of different facilities and business units.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Unit Recruitment


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition through onboarding.
  • Recruit for a variety of hourly and salaried positions across multiple HHS units and facilities.
  • Partner with facility leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and recurring positions.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews.
  • Attend hiring events, recruiting events, and facility-based recruitment activities.
  • Travel between HHS facilities as needed to support local recruiting efforts.
  • Build strong relationships with facility leadership, hiring managers, candidates, and community partners.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Recruitment Operations


  • Manage candidate activity and recruitment documentation in Workday.
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates to candidate records and recruitment activity.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor open positions and prioritize recruitment efforts based on business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with HHS hiring processes and employment requirements.

Strategic Recruiting


  • Develop creative sourcing strategies based on the needs of each facility and market.
  • Identify passive candidates and develop ongoing talent pipelines.
  • Provide hiring managers with recruiting updates, candidate availability, salary expectations, and market information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes.
  • Support recruiting initiatives, career fairs, community outreach, and facility hiring events.
  • Promote HHS culture, career opportunities, and growth opportunities to prospective candidates.

Required Qualifications



  • 2–5 years of progressive recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for both hourly and salaried positions.
  • Experience managing multiple open positions and competing priorities.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate development skills.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System; Workday experience preferred.
  • Experience conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while partnering closely with facility leadership and hiring managers.
  • Ability and willingness to travel between HHS facilities and locations as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for facility travel.
  • Ability to adapt to different facility environments and changing recruitment priorities.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience recruiting within healthcare, hospitality, senior living, EVS, culinary, food service, or other service industries.
  • Experience supporting recruitment across multiple locations or business units.
  • Experience conducting hiring events and community recruiting activities.
  • Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or other recruiting platforms.
  • Experience developing creative sourcing campaigns and recruitment initiatives.
