Target Salary Range*: $110,000 - $150,000

*This represents the potential salary range for this position depending on education level, years of experience and/or certifications in addition to other position specific requirements which may impact salary


Position Overview:

The Integration Engineer supports the Client program by contributing to cross-functional coordination, operational readiness, and technical execution across identity, access, and integration domains. This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient modernization activities by supporting integrations, interoperability workflows, testing procedures, and middleware components within a large-scale enterprise environment.

The Integration Engineer works closely with technical and operational stakeholders to identify issues early, mitigate risks, maintain documentation accuracy, and ensure activities stay aligned with program goals. This position also supports communication and collaboration across diverse teams, contributes to documentation and reporting, and maintains awareness of program requirements, dependencies, and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support coordination and communication across technical, operational, and identity-and-access–related teams.

• Help identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, gaps, and dependencies affecting modernization activities.

• Assist with documentation, structured reporting, and record maintenance to ensure accuracy and alignment.

• Contribute to cross-team collaboration, meeting support, and information flow across stakeholder groups.

• Maintain awareness of program requirements, timelines, testing activities, and integration dependencies.

• Support integration-related troubleshooting activities and operational readiness tasks.

• Assist with interoperability workflows, middleware processes, and system integration activities as assigned.

• Promote consistent communication and alignment across teams participating in modernization efforts.


Qualifications:

• Technical Training Certificate or Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of supporting operational readiness, and technical execution across identity, access, and integration domains

• 2+ years of enterprise application integration and integration architecture experience for a software as a service (SaaS) managed EHR solution
• Knowledge of Clinical Informaticist background

• Familiarity with HL7 v2.x and FHIR standards

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience collaborating across technical and functional groups

• Experience using documentation, tracking, or reporting tools

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

• Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Client, federal programs, or healthcare IT initiatives

• Exposure to IAM, interoperability standards, cybersecurity, testing, data, or operations domains

• Knowledge of Millennium EHR systems or large-scale system integration environments

• Experience with system modernization, large program coordination, or integration testing activities
