IBM IAM / PAM Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IBM IAM / PAM Engineer to work remotely from Pakistan. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IBM Identity and Access Management technologies, including IBM Verify, IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM), IBM Identity Governance and Intelligence (IGI), and Delinea Secret Server.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise identity and privileged access management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain IBM Verify solutions.
• Manage and support IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).
• Configure and administer IBM Identity Governance and Intelligence (IGI).
• Deploy, manage, and maintain Delinea Secret Server.
• Manage user identities, access permissions, authentication, and authorization.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Integrate IAM solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise applications.
• Manage privileged accounts, password vaulting, and access policies.
• Troubleshoot identity and access management issues.
• Support security audits, access reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and implementation reports.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with IBM Verify.
• Practical experience with IBM ISAM.
• Knowledge of IBM IGI.
• Experience with Delinea Secret Server.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Knowledge of SSO, MFA, LDAP, Active Directory, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with enterprise security integrations and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant IBM or IAM/PAM certifications are an advantage.
• Experience working with enterprise-level IT environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
