EU work permit + long-term CZ residency + Czech/Slovak required.

About Our Client

An international technology group with 30+ years in the market, 800+ professionals and offices across Central and Eastern Europe. Its identity team designs and implements IAM/IdM solutions for customers – mainly on IdStory, alongside other identity tools. Demand keeps growing, so the team is adding a consultant.

Role / Mission

You walk into a customer's environment, find out how identities and access actually work there, and turn that into a design. Then you build it and connect it to HR, Active Directory / Entra ID and business applications. You're the person the customer talks to – that's the core of the job.

• Run workshops and map identity processes – joiners, movers, leavers, roles, approvals
• Turn requirements into a design and documentation people actually use
• Implement the IAM/IdM platform and build integrations with source and target systems
• Give technical input to presales – proposals, estimates, presentations

After 12 months, you run IdStory projects on your own, from the first workshop to go-live. You report to the head of the Network & Security division. No 24/7 on-call.

What This Role Is NOT

• Not AD administration – you design identity solutions, you don't reset passwords
• Not a SOC / monitoring role – you build identity solutions with customers

What Matters Most

• IAM/IdM experience – or a solid IT base (Active Directory / Entra ID, systems, integrations) and the wish to move into security
• You've talked to customers yourself – explained a solution, run a meeting or gathered requirements; at an integrator, consultancy, presales or close to the business
• Some of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL or scripting (PowerShell, Python, Groovy)
• Fluent Czech or Slovak, working English

Nice to have: IdStory, SailPoint, One Identity, Okta, identity governance.

Offer & Terms

• 70 000–100 000 CZK/month + 20 % annual bonus, permanent contract; B2B contract also possible
• Training into identity management and IdStory, certification support
• Prague, hybrid – 2 days a week in the office, more during onboarding
• Laptop + phone, Multisport, pension contribution, language courses, extra days off

Open only to candidates eligible to work in the EU without visa sponsorship, residing in the Czech Republic long-term, with proficiency in Czech or Slovak.
