IInfluencer & Affiliate Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Influencer & Affiliate Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our growth through strategic outreach.

As an Affiliate Specialist, your primary goal will be to identify potential partners, manage ongoing relationships, and have a creative mindset with the ability to contribute to our engaging and impactful campaigns.

In this Role You Will:
Managed day-to-day influencer campaigns product launches, seasonal moments, and brand initiatives, from briefing to execution and recap.
Build, organize, and maintain influencer databases, tracking systems, and performance dashboards to monitor results both program and individual levels.
Support the evolution of our influencer/affiliate program by developing structured perks, incentives, and communication tools that enhance creator experience program value.
Identify and cultivate new and existing influencer relationships that reflect the brand's aesthetic, audience, and strategic priorities.
Track and analyze performance metrics to inform optimizations, strategic priorities, and future planning
Partner cross-functionally to align influencer content product, social, and campaign strategies for overall marketing objectives.
Proactive self-starter and collaborative team leader who can drive initiatives forward while fostering strong cross-functional partnerships, and manage always on programs

Must Have
Excellent written and communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of influencer/affiliate analytics, project management, performance tracking, and reporting tools. (e.g., Google Suite, Social Metrics, Amazon Creators, etc.) a plus.
Stay current with social media trends, either Amazon or D2C influencer/affiliate marketing strategies, and industry best practices (TikTok, Instagram, FB).
Results-driven, solution oriented, flexible, self-driving, and must have ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Onboarding & Training:
All onboarding and training will be given.
