About the Role

Recruiters are working with a leading global technology organisation in the payments industry to recruit a Implementation Specialist for its Dublin team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced implementation professional to join a customer-facing environment, leading technical and non-technical payment processing implementation projects.

You will take ownership of end-to-end project execution, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer processing implementation projects, covering both technical and non-technical activities.

• Assess customer requirements and translate these into appropriate implementation plans.

• Coordinate payment processing implementations in line with established global project methodologies.

• Guide customers through applicable processing rules, technical specifications and documentation.

• Coordinate customer documentation, including contracts, agreements, forms and implementation requirements.

• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external customers.

• Provide basic training and guidance on CIS functions and processes.

Key Requirements

• 3–5 years' experience in IT systems, implementation or project management.

• Strong understanding of payment transaction processing and the digital payments ecosystem.

• Experience with API logs and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of network technologies, applications and system integrations.

• Understanding of payment processing systems, formats and customer host interface testing.

• Familiarity with the four-party payment model and the full card transaction lifecycle.

• Knowledge of Mastercard digital solutions, particularly MDES and MDES for Merchants, would be advantageous.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong project coordination and organisational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Contract Details

• 12-month daily rate contract, with potential extension.

• €368 per day.

• Hybrid working, 2-3 days onsite in Dublin.

• Standard Irish working hours.

• Immediate start preferred.
