You’ll also get to Be exposed to how LUXASIA is innovating and transforming the Beauty Retail & Luxury FMCG industry Receive mentorship throughout your internship and get the chance to shadow one of our LUXASIA's leaders As an Import Team Intern, you'll get hands-on exposure to how a luxury goods distributor moves products from overseas brand partners into the Indonesian market. You'll support the team across purchase order tracking, shipment and customs documentation, landed cost and duty calculations, and coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and the warehouse team. Key Responsibilities Support the Import Team in tracking purchase orders and shipment schedules from brand partners to arrival in Indonesia. Assist in preparing and checking import documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other customs-related paperwork) for accuracy and completeness. Help monitor shipments in transit and flag potential delays or discrepancies to the team. Support basic landed cost calculations (duties, taxes, freight) to help the team understand true product cost. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and the warehouse team to help ensure smooth, timely stock handovers. Assist with data entry, tracking, and reporting in Excel or the team's internal systems (e.g., shipment trackers, inventory arrival logs). Support ad hoc supply chain projects and process-improvement initiatives as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferably those who have completed their thesis and are no longer attending classes. Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Detail oriented, well structured, and comfortable handling repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency. Fast learner, proactive, agile, and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with experience using trackers, Excel, and databases. Strong interest in luxury beauty brands and the cosmetics industry.
