Import Operator - Freight Forwarding

Based near Fremantle, you'll be joining a well-respected global forwarder as an Import Operator. This opportunity provides you with the chance to take end-to-end ownership across air and sea freight, working closely with the commercial team and a group of people who genuinely make coming to work easy.

You will

• Manage end-to-end import operations across air and sea freight
• Coordinate shipments from departure through to final delivery
• Liaise with customers, overseas agents, in-house customs brokers, carriers, and transport
• Maintain accuracy and compliance across documentation and CargoWise
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service

You have

• 1+ year of freight forwarding operations experience
• CargoWise experience
