In-House Recruiting Specialist / Talent Sourcer (Tech & Quant)

For a very successful, international, technology-driven investment firm with a strong entrepreneurial culture, we are currently building an in-house recruiting function and are looking for an experienced Recruiting Specialist / Talent Sourcer to take full ownership of external recruiting. This role sits close to the business and senior leadership and is designed for someone who enjoys active sourcing, pipeline building and execution in a fast-paced environment. The Role You will act as an individual contributor with clear ownership of sourcing and recruiting processes for highly specialized profiles across technology and quantitative disciplines. It is a hands-on recruiting role with real impact on the growth of the firm. Your Responsibilities Active direct sourcing and outreach (LinkedIn, networks, referrals) Building and maintaining long-term candidate pipelines (AT, EU, US / Austrians abroad) First candidate screens and ongoing candidate relationship management Coordinating and arranging interviews with international stakeholders Full ownership of the recruiting process in Greenhouse (status management, scheduling, scorecards, feedback discipline) Supporting university relations and early-career pipeline initiatives Continuously improving sourcing methods using modern tools, automation and AI Your Profile Several years of experience in agency research / tech recruiting (research-heavy backgrounds preferred; not key account–driven roles) Strong execution mindset with excellent follow-up and “chasing” discipline Tech-savvy, structured, and comfortable working with ATS systems Curious, innovative, and open to modern sourcing methods Fluent in English (German is a plus, not a requirement) What Our Client Offers Direct collaboration with the senior management of an internationally active investment firm High degree of autonomy and trust Competitive remuneration package in line with international standards Elegant historic office with state-of-the-art technology and modern equipment in the heart of 1010 Vienna If you are excited about owning recruiting end-to-end , working closely with a ambitious leadership team, and building pipelines rather than waiting for applicants, we would be happy to hear from you.
