Who we are… in a nutshell

Ramarketing is an international marketing agency specialising in life sciences. We help clients grow their businesses, building genuine partnerships to enhance their marketing, design, content, and PR strategies. With offices in the UK, US, and Canada, and over 80 global industry experts, we deliver B2B solutions that deliver real, measurable results and impact.

Job purpose

As ramarketing’s Inbound Marketing Executive, you’ll provide broad, hands-on support across our inbound marketing activity, helping the team coordinate and deliver campaigns across multiple channels.

This is a deliberately varied role spanning social media, email, CRM, website, events, research and digital activity. You’ll add valuable execution capacity to the team, helping turn plans and ideas into well-organised, high-quality activity that supports brand awareness, demand and pipeline growth. You’ll also support activity across the wider ramarketing group business, including ISR Market Research, giving you exposure to different audiences, priorities and marketing needs across the group.

You’ll work with clear direction and support building your understanding of our brand, audiences and channels while developing the confidence to take greater ownership of activity over time.

You won’t be expected to arrive as an expert in every area. What matters most is that you’re organised, proactive, curious and keen to learn. We’ll help you build the technical and brand knowledge you need as your role develops.

What you’ll be responsible for

This is a hands-on role designed to provide execution and coordination support across the day-to-day activity of the inbound marketing team.

You’ll work across a broad mix of channels and campaigns, supporting the team wherever additional capacity is needed while gradually building greater ownership and responsibility.

Your responsibilities will span four key areas:

Campaign execution and coordination

Keep activity moving. Stay organised. Follow through.

  • Support the coordination and delivery of inbound campaigns, helping turn plans and briefs into day-to-day activity across multiple channels.

  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, keeping activity organised and following through on actions and deadlines.

  • Support campaign research, competitor analysis and reporting, helping the team gather the information needed to make good decisions.

Support our channels and content

Build confidence across the marketing mix.

  • Support social media activity, including scheduling content and increasingly contributing to drafting as your experience grows.

  • Build and schedule email campaigns using existing templates, support CRM administration and make website and CMS updates.

  • Provide additional execution support across digital activity where needed, working with the wider team to deliver campaigns effectively.

Help deliver our brand and events

Great marketing depends on getting the details right.

  • Support event logistics, including RSVP coordination, print, materials and other practical requirements.

  • Carry out QA and brand checks as your understanding develops, helping ensure activity is accurate, consistent and on brand.

  • Support the significant brand and campaign activity ahead, including work associated with the evolution of the ramarketing and ISR brands.

Grow your ownership over time

This role is designed to develop with you.

  • Build the confidence to move from completing clearly defined tasks to taking an objective or brief and determining how best to execute it.

  • Take increasing ownership of areas such as social content, campaign ideas, briefs, events and campaign activity as your skills develop.

  • Learn how broader marketing strategy translates into day-to-day external activity, creating a foundation for progression into a more senior executive role.

What we are looking for...

You’re early in your marketing career and looking for a role that gives you exposure to a broad range of activity rather than specialising in one channel from day one. You’re organised, dependable and comfortable juggling different tasks without losing sight of the detail.

You don’t need experience across every platform or discipline. We’re looking for someone with the right foundations, attitude and willingness to learn, and we’re happy to invest in developing the technical and brand-specific knowledge you’ll need.

Skills & attributes

  • Highly organised — you can manage several tasks and priorities, keep track of the detail and follow things through.

  • Proactive and willing to take ownership — you look for what needs doing and are comfortable taking responsibility for your part of the work.

  • Curious and keen to learn — you ask questions, build your knowledge and want to understand how different areas of marketing work together.

  • Detail-focused — you care about accuracy, quality and presenting the brand consistently.

  • Collaborative and adaptable — you’re happy working across different types of activity and supporting the team where you can add the most value.

Experience

You’ll already have a basic understanding of marketing, with particular interest in social media and digital marketing.

  • Strong organisation and follow-through, with the confidence to manage several different tasks and priorities.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to contribute ideas as your experience develops.

  • A willingness to learn new tools, channels and ways of working; experience across every area of the role is not expected.

  • An interest in developing a broad marketing skill set across campaigns, content, digital, events, website and lead generation.

What success looks like

Reliable execution that keeps activity moving

You’ll provide the additional hands-on capacity the team needs to turn plans into consistent activity across the inbound function.

Success means tasks are organised, deadlines are followed through and campaigns have the practical support they need to move forward.

Growing confidence across our channels

You’ll build your knowledge across social, email, CRM, website, events, digital activity and the wider marketing funnel.

Success means you can take on an increasingly varied range of activity with less direction while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Increasing ownership and contribution

As your experience develops, you’ll move beyond completing tasks and begin taking greater ownership of how activity is executed.

Success means you’re contributing ideas, drafting content and briefs, coordinating activity more independently and confidently applying what you’ve learned.

Meaningful support for brand and growth

Your work will help the team deliver a significant programme of brand, campaign and pipeline activity.

Success means your contribution helps create the execution capacity needed to build awareness, generate demand and support pipeline growth.
