Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leadership, management, business development, education, HR, consulting or related fields.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, ideally across different cultures or international environments.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and a genuine interest in personal and professional growth.
• The ability to work independently, take responsibility and remain open to learning.

Pay range and compensation package

• This is an independent, self-directed, performance-based self-employment opportunity, not a traditional salaried position.
• Income is not guaranteed and depends on individual business results, skills, effort and circumstances.
• The opportunity to create performance-based income through your own results.
• Flexibility to begin with approximately 15 to 20 focused hours per week.
