Main Responsibilities Indirect Procurement & Supplier Management Support procurement activities relating to indirect goods and services across the Ireland business. Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, service providers and external partners. Support sourcing, supplier selection and procurement evaluation activities aligned with business requirements. Coordinate procurement activities relating to operational services, facilities, marketing support, events, professional services and other indirect purchasing categories. Monitor supplier performance, service quality and delivery standards to support operational effectiveness. Tendering, Commercial Negotiation & Contract Support Coordinate tendering and quotation activities for indirect procurement requirements. Support commercial negotiations and supplier discussions to achieve commercially effective outcomes. Assist with contract coordination, purchasing agreements and supplier onboarding processes. Support implementation and management of procurement procedures, governance processes and operational controls. Ensure procurement activity is aligned with company policies, compliance standards and operational requirements. Procurement Process & Operational Coordination Support development and implementation of scalable procurement processes suitable for long-term market growth. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and support operational delivery. Coordinate cross-functional procurement activity across Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, Operations and Finance teams. Support PO coordination, procurement administration and supplier documentation management activities. Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data and reporting documentation. Post Management & Commercial Analysis Support cost analysis, budget tracking and procurement reporting activities. Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking activities to identify commercially competitive solutions. Assist with preparation of business cases, commercial evaluations and ROI analysis relating to procurement activity where required. Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, supplier performance and cost effectiveness. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related discipline preferred. CIPS qualification or relevant procurement qualification advantageous. Proven experience within procurement, supplier management or operational coordination environments. Experience within automotive, retail, distribution or fast-paced commercial sectors beneficial. Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management and commercial negotiation activities. Experience supporting tendering, contract coordination or purchasing administration activities advantageous. Strong analytical and commercial awareness capability.
