What You’ll Do:
Strategic Event Support
- Ensure readiness of branded materials and promotional assets
- Confirm travel and logistics details to support seamless attendee experiences
- Review, optimize, and adjust booth staffing schedules to enhance engagement and coverage
- Research and evaluate new activation concepts and promotional items to elevate brand presence
Planning & Analysis
- Organize and analyze attendee and event-related data to inform future planning decisions
- Coordinate shipping and accommodation details to ensure operational excellence
- Assist with pre-scheduling and planning efforts for future industry events
- Support post-event analysis to identify insights and opportunities for improvement
Industry Relations & Market Exploration
- Stay informed on emerging trends within the jewelry and insurance industries
- Assist in drafting communications and reports that reflect strategic priorities
- Explore new event opportunities across established and emerging markets to expand brand reach
Miscellaneous
- Actively contribute to team initiatives within a cross-functional organization
- Participate in internship program events and activities throughout summer
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinker
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and climb a short ladder
