About the role

We're Holy Marketing, an influencer marketing agency working across the US, Latin America and Africa. For the US

market and LATAM we need one person who can find the right creators, close the deal, keep the campaign moving

and read the results. If you already live inside TikTok, Instagram and YouTube and can tell a real audience from a

big number, keep reading.

What you'll do

Scouting. Source standout creators across TikTok,

Negotiation. Own the deal from first DM to signed

Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. You know big

contract, and build relationships creators want to return

numbers from real influence.

Creative. Turn client briefs into ideas worth making,

shaped with creators so they feel native, not forced.

Cultural pulse. Track US and LATAM moments,

holidays and platform trends. Know when to ride one

and when to sit it out.

Who you are

• Native to metrics. You think in ER, CPV, reach quality and audience authenticity, not follower counts.

• You know US creator culture and LATAM markets well enough to read the room without a brief.

• You use AI tools daily for research, ideation and admin.

• You can switch between awareness plays and performance campaigns.

• Creators, clients and the team trust you. You close loops on your own.

Nice to have

• 2+ years in influencer marketing or social media management

• Wellness, health or sport niche experience

• Working knowledge of HypeAuditor, Modash or similar platforms

• English fluency; Spanish or Portuguese is a strong bonus for LATAM
