ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is a fast-growing international insurtech building a leading technology-enabled ecosystem for protection and insurance. Operating across North America, Asia, and Europe, the company connects insurers, distributors, and customers to make buying and selling insurance simpler and more efficient. This is an opportunity to join a global Information Security function at a pivotal moment, helping shape how a modern security program is run, measured, and scaled using AI-powered tools and automation. PROJECT & CONTEXT Reporting directly to the CISO, you will own the execution and operational management of the Information Security program, translating security strategy into a structured, measurable, and well-governed program of work. You will set the program's operating cadence, hold initiative owners accountable, and make or escalate prioritization decisions. Responsibilities include structuring initiatives with clear milestones and owners, running regular tracking and leadership review sessions, maintaining a single source of truth for program status in monday.com (or equivalent), and producing executive-ready reporting and dashboards. You will also champion AI-powered tools to accelerate reporting, surface risks earlier, and improve program insight quality. Coordination spans Information Security, Technology, Engineering, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk teams across multiple regions and time zones. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (Required) Minimum 8 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within information security, technology risk, or enterprise technology environments Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of at least one global security, GRC, or technology-risk program Proven experience managing global, cross-functional programs (not standalone projects) Strong documentation, reporting, and governance skills Proficiency with work/program management tools such as monday.com or similar platforms Hands-on experience using AI-powered productivity and automation tools to drive efficiency and quality Familiarity with information security domains and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI, NIST CSF, DORA, GDPR) sufficient to constructively challenge initiative scoping and prioritization Strong stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior leadership on status, risks, and tradeoffs Proven experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones (North America, Asia, Europe) Fluent English (written and verbal), with the ability to simplify complex information for varied audiences NICE TO HAVE (Preferred) Experience working in fully asynchronous, distributed team environments Background supporting quarterly/yearly strategic planning cycles Demonstrated track record of scaling new AI capabilities into existing workflows or programs Compensation: €2,000 – €2,800/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
