Take responsibility for revenue, margins, market share and the commercial performance of assigned distributors
Represent the company at partner meetings, industry events and international trade fairs
Your profile
Several years of international sales experience in the agricultural aftermarket, agricultural distribution or a comparable technical aftermarket environment

A strong network within international dealer, distributor or wholesale organisations is highly desirable
Proven experience in developing new markets and building distribution networks
Confidence in managing commercially independent partners across different countries and cultures

Entrepreneurial mindset, strong closing skills and a high level of personal initiative
Willingness to travel internationally
Excellent command of English; any other European language is an advantage
